The service

Amenio provides rental equipment — bikes, golf carts, beach gear, and related items — delivered to vacation rental properties across Florida's Emerald Coast, Suncoast, and First Coast, together with a guest portal for managing your stay, orders, and required documents. By placing an order, signing in to the guest portal, or using equipment we provide, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to place orders or operate a golf cart.

Text messaging program

Amenio sends service and support text messages related to your stay — delivery notifications, document reminders, access information, receipts, and replies from our team — and, with your consent, occasional marketing messages such as re-booking invitations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help (or call 850-231-8000). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Orders, payment, and cancellation

• Orders are paid through our payment processor (Stripe) at the time of booking. Prices, delivery windows, and availability are shown at checkout.
• To change or cancel an order, contact us as early as possible before your delivery window; refunds for cancellations and early returns are handled per the terms shown at checkout or, where not specified, at our reasonable discretion.

Golf carts and regulated equipment

• Golf cart rentals require a verified driver's license and proof of insurance for each driver, and a signed liability waiver. Access may be withheld until verification is complete.
• Carts must be operated only by verified, licensed drivers aged 18 or older, in accordance with all local ordinances (see our golf cart rules guide). Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Equipment care and responsibility

• You are responsible for rented equipment from delivery until pickup: use it as intended, secure it when unattended, and return it in the condition received, normal wear excepted.
• Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear may be charged to your payment method at repair or replacement cost. We recommend photographing equipment condition at checkout — the portal prompts you to do so.

Assumption of risk

Bikes, golf carts, and beach equipment are recreational equipment whose use carries inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks of use by you and your party, and any signed waiver applies in addition to these terms.

Calls and recordings

Calls with our support line may be recorded and transcribed for quality and record-keeping. By continuing a call, you consent to recording.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and equipment are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amenio disclaims implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of the service or equipment is limited to the amounts you paid to Amenio for the rental giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Questions: 850-231-8000 or support@amenio.com.
