Beach gear at Amenio partner homes

Beach days, already packed.

Backpack chairs and a fiberglass umbrella waiting in the garage, the kit your property manager chose for this home. Carry it to the sand, carry it back. We handle the rest.

What a home can carry

Two chairs to choose from. One umbrella worth stationing.

We keep the menu short on purpose. Every piece is something we’re happy to leave in a garage all season and hand to the next family.

Chair · solid wood

Backpack Wooden Chair

The premium chair. North American white oak, 316 stainless hardware, double-dipped spar varnish, and backpack straps so it walks to the sand on its own. The heaviest of the three and the one guests take pictures of.

  • North American white oak frame
  • 316 stainless steel hardware
  • Double-dipped varnish, no edge binding
  • Padded backpack straps
Chair · aluminum

Backpack Aluminum Chair

The lightweight chair. Powder-coated aluminum frame with quick-dry fabric and the same backpack straps. Noticeably lighter than the wooden chair, and the right pick for long walkovers, kids carrying their own, and homes that turn over fast.

  • Rust-proof aluminum frame
  • Quick-dry, salt-safe fabric
  • Folds flat, carries light
  • Padded backpack straps
Shade

Fiberglass Umbrella

A 7.5-foot canopy on fiberglass ribs. Fiberglass flexes in a Gulf breeze instead of turning inside out, which is why it's the only umbrella we station. Paired with every chair set.

  • 7.5 ft canopy
  • Fiberglass ribs that flex, not snap
  • Wood pole with sand-anchor point
  • Colors to match the home

For property managers

How a home gets its beach kit.

You choose the chair. We own the gear, station it, and keep it looking new.

The manager picks the chair

Solid wood, aluminum, or a mix across the portfolio. Wood photographs beautifully; aluminum carries easily. Both are premium. The choice is about the home and its guests, not the budget.

We size the kit to the home

Chairs and umbrellas are stationed at the property in proportion to how many people it sleeps, so a family of six isn't fighting over two seats.

We keep it fresh

Our crew inspects the kit between stays, swaps anything sun-tired or sand-jammed, and replaces what goes missing. Guests carry it to the beach and back; that's the whole job.

Built for salt air and sandy hands

Cheap beach gear is disposable by design. Ours is chosen to be handed to the next family, and the one after that.

Marine-grade hardware

316 stainless on the wood chairs, the grade that survives salt air without rust streaks.

Real hardwood, sealed twice

White oak with a double-dipped spar varnish, so the finish outlasts the season.

Aluminum that doesn't corrode

Powder-coated frames on the light chairs. Rinse and they're new again.

Ribs that bend, not break

Fiberglass umbrella ribs flex with the wind instead of snapping in it.

Your beach day is in the garage.
