Amenio was built on 30A, for the homes on 30A: a local operation with real vans, real drivers, and an operations system we wrote ourselves because nothing off the shelf could run this job properly.
Why we exist
Every rental home on this coast has the same problem.
Guests come to the beach for the water, the bike paths, and the golf-cart evenings, then spend the first day of vacation hunting for equipment. Property managers know the amenity would win them bookings, but stocking hundreds of homes with bikes and carts means becoming a logistics company overnight: deliveries, repairs, waivers, liability, lost keys, flat tires.
So we became that logistics company instead, and wrote the software to run it. Every asset QR-coded and tracked. Every missing bike generating its own delivery ticket. Every golf cart locked behind a signed waiver and a verified license. Every day’s work built into optimized routes our own drivers run.
Today Amenio serves vacation rental portfolios across Florida's Emerald Coast, Suncoast, and First Coast, and our system is ready for portfolios of any size.
